Named one of Decanter’s 20 BEST ROSÉS OF 2025 from beyond Provence — an extraordinary achievement in an exceptionally competitive field.
As many of you will appreciate, tens of thousands of rosés are produced globally each year, so for one to be singled out in this way is no small feat. The tasting was led by Elizabeth Gabay MW, one of the world’s foremost experts on rosé and a leading voice at Decanter.
“Pale copper pink. Perfumed floral ripe fruit and soft buttery barley sugar richness aromas. Continues on the palate with soft mellowed honey, beeswax, dried apricots and the fresh astringency of wild red berries. Slightly pithy green apple acidity and stony minerality contrasting with the mellowed honed fruit and delicate, perfumed white florals. Intriguing, honeyed, long saline mineral finish and rather nice in a funky way. Aged and mellowed with amazingly vibrant acidity. Juicy dried apricots, intense red berries.”
