Continues on the palate with soft mellowed honey, beeswax, dried apricots and the fresh astringency of wild red berries. Slightly pithy green apple acidity and stony minerality contrasting with the mellowed honed fruit and delicate, perfumed white florals. Intriguing, honeyed, long saline mineral finish and rather nice in a funky way. Aged and mellowed with amazingly vibrant acidity.
